West Los Angeles, adjacent to Santa Monica and Beverly Hills, California.

with problems related to anxiety, depression, relationships, addiction,
early life trauma and chronic and life-threatening illnesses.
Psychotherapy can provide support and help when people are struggling with
problems in life, such as, depression, anxiety, relationship issues,
divorce and loss. It can help you to better understand your experiences,
make more conscious choices and bring more hope, joy and happiness into
your life. As a psychotherapist, I love the creative process of helping
others achieve these possibilities.
How Therapy Can Help
Right now, you are faced with the challenging task of finding a therapist
to help make better sense of your life. When we suffer from feelings
related to grief or loss, from unsatisfying relationships in the past or
the present, or from wishing to have more joy in our lives—therapy can be
a powerful step toward positive change, growth, and relief.
Having a safe place and a compassionate person with whom to share critical
or frightening thoughts, as well as wishes and hopes, can often be
helpful, comforting and a source of support and strength when going
through difficult times. Finding the right person to help you understand, and make sense out of life's challenges, can help you to solve
problems, grow, change and live a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
Choosing to seek psychotherapy, psychoanalysis or counseling is an
opportunity to learn to better understand your experiences within a
responsive and supportive relationship. In my work I attempt to offer an
environment and relationship where, you and I working together are able to
understand and grow from the problems you are facing.
